Kurz-Biografie

Luisa Weyers ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Deutsches, Europäisches und Internationales Recht bei Prof. Dr. Anuscheh Farahat, LL.M (Berkeley). Sie studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg sowie am Trinity College Dublin. Während des Studiums arbeitete sie als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft am Lehrstuhl für öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht unter Professor Markus Krajewski, der auch ihr Dissertationsvorhaben betreut. Im Rahmen ihres Studiums nahm Luisa Weyers am Philip C. Jessup Moot Court teil, den sie auch betreut. Momentan ist sie Mitglied des ersten Durchgangs der FAU Human Rights Clinic, die sich mit Fragen zu menschenrechtlichen Verpflichtungen Deutschlands für Afghanische Ortskräfte im Rahmen des Truppenabzugs aus Afghanistan im August 2021 beschäftigt.

Luisa Weyers is a research assistant at the Institute for German, European and International Law with Prof. Dr. Anuscheh Farahat, LL.M (Berkeley). She studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and at Trinity College Dublin. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law and International Law under Professor Markus Krajewski, who also supervises her dissertation project. As part of her studies, Luisa Weyers participated in the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court, which she also supervises. Currently, she is a member of the first round of the FAU Human Rights Clinic, which deals with questions regarding Germany’s human rights obligations for Afghan local forces in the context of the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021.
